A while back, Kanye West (may his genius live forever) and Kim Kardashian (her royal ass be praised) went zip-lining in Mexico. To immortalize that moment forever, Kim decided to take a selfie, while Kanye decided to sit down and contemplate life, the universe, and everything (the answer is 42).

This photo was discovered at the zip-line office by one Alex Yenni aka Brown Cardigan, who decided to share it for the entire interweb to enjoy, and damn have we had a field day! The Sad Kanye meme was born of the original image, and of course inspired partially by the success of the previously viral Sad Keanu meme. There’s already a Tumblr blog dedicated to its glory!
