You really can’t make this shit up folks. Well, The Onion generally does, but that’s a different story entirely. What absolutely baffles me, is how there could be a person holding congressional office that was not able to discern the difference between a real news story from a real news source, and an aggressively fake news story from a notoriously fake news source… And even if the man himself couldn’t figure it out, does he not have people to fact check this kind of thing? If so, I’m sure they’re out looking for jobs, because this is just one of those political mistakes that can pretty much get thrown back in your face at any given moment. Stay gold Congressman John Fleming. Stay gold.
