Meet Kate Knight – Actress, Intellectual, Bombshell and Free Spirit

Who are you?

I’m a mischievous water baby. I do everything with a ‘wine’ in my step and a twinkle in my eye – I love to learn and to laugh. I’m an outgoing adventurer and an over-achiever, a perfectionist with a plot to one day take over the world ;)

Why are you awesome?

My go get ‘em attitude, and my ability to stay positive.

What makes you mad?

Rude people, liars, littering, people who refuse to help others and bad drivers!!

What’s the last thing you laughed out loud at?

Oh boy, that’s a tough one! I am constantly laughing out loud – I love to laugh and make other people laugh.

What’s your song right now and why?

I tend to live my life to a soundtrack that is constantly changing, depending on my mood, but if I had to pick a song for right now I would say, “Who You Are” by Jessie J, because I feel that it is always important to stay true to yourself and always follow your heart!!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself as an achieved actress with quite a few lead roles under my belt, with more to come. I will be a successful businesswoman as well, with a lot of projects on the go. Lastly, I will have traveled a lot more, and done even more for different development organizations, and hopefully I will be a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations.

What would your (next) tattoo look like?

Surprisingly, I don’t have any tattoos (people seem to expect that I have at least one!), but if I ever do get a tattoo, it will be “Forget Me Not” written in beautiful calligraphy from my ankle to my pinky toe

Who’s your biggest influence?

Another tough one! There are so many influences and inspirations in my life, and I am truly blessed with extremely amazing family and friends. I guess I’d have to say my parents: they are world travelers, free spirits, compassionate and they’ve always supported me in whatever I do. They keep me grounded while encouraging me to enjoy my life to the fullest.

What will your legacy be?

My legacy will be twofold – first, I want to bring back the age of the Screen Goddess! I want to be remembered as one of “the greats” in film/modeling, like Brigitte Bardot, Marilyn Monroe, or Sophia Loren. Secondly, I want to be remembered for using my generated influence to create a well-organized, proactive, grassroots development agency that will work to empower women across the globe :)

Any last words of wisdom for our viewers?

‘Que Sera Sera’ – whatever will be will be! Always live life to the fullest – you never know what the future holds, so keep moving forward ;)
