A lot of the models we feature as Monday Morning Mistresses aspire to appear in Playboy, and while some of them have, many haven’t and would jump at the chance. This weeks featured model, has not only posed for the biggest name is mens magazines, but she also writes for Playboy’s Smoking Jacket.
Jessica grew up watching Victoria Secret Fashion Shows, and was fascinated with the beauty the models possessed. It didn’t take her long to know what she wanted to do in life. She wanted to model. Not only did Jessica follow through with her dreams, but has taken the industry by storm in the process. As mentioned above, Jessica achieved what many would consider one of the top achievements for models by landing a spread with Playboy, but has taken it one step further by writing Interviews for Playboy’s Smoking Jacket. After all, there’s nothing hotter than a little girl-on-girl action… right? If you recognize her face, or body, or both, it may be from gracing the many pages and websites of FHM Sexiest Women Alive, FHM, Maxim UK, Playboy Cyber Club, Playboy Italy, Holy Taco!, MAC Chick of the Month, Playboy’s TSJ, TSB Mag, VIRILE Mag, and Mixed Mag.
Interview with Jessica
Who are you?
I am Jessica Vaugn, glamour model as seen in Playboy, Maxim, and FHM. I am from Wichita, KS but now live in LA, CA.
Can you describe yourself in five words?
Busty, Intuitive, Flirty, Driven, Happy!
What is you background?
I wish someone might sponsor a blood test so I could know the answer to this question! (E-mail me if you can!)
What was it like growing up in Wichita, Kansas?
Wichita was a great place to grow up, full of genuine people. Cold winters, hot summers. I’d love to move back later in life when I am ready for a slower pace in life again… post modeling!
Did you find it overwhelming when you first moved out to Los Angeles, or did you always know you were a small city girl with big city dreams?
I always wanted to move but it wasn’t really an option before my undergraduate degree was finished up. The sunshine of California has always lured my heart and I feel so very blessed to live in a smashing city that is full of so much opportunity! LA is overwhelming in a geographical way, and you can never see the same thing twice if you don’t want to. I still feel new in my city, though I’ve been here 15 months now! I always knew I wanted to be in a big city…But I love my small town roots!
How and when did you get into modeling?
It was October 2007 when I did my first shoot! Those were the hot MySpace days!! I don’t think I had any intentions of wanting to model when I did my first shoot, but I always idolized Victoria Secret models when I was a little girl. Through my teens I worked in a Halloween store and feel in love with Leg Avenue Costume bags and the models on the covers! Specifically, Irina Voronina whom I am thrilled to know now. She inspires me so much!
Who do you look up to, or consider a role model for you in the industry?
I just mentioned Playmate Irina Voronina. I love all the VS models like Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Rosie Huntington
What would you consider the biggest accomplishment in your career thus far?
I was thrilled to pose for Playboy US, Italy, Netherlands, and this month, Playboy Croatia for a Playmate feature! I always wanted to pose for Playboy!
Your body is 100% natural. Are you against plastic surgery, or do you take a lot of pride in the fact your body is so nice without modifications?
I think cosmetic surgery is an amazing tool when used in moderation at an appropriate age. I don’t like it when girls go overboard, because they don’t think they measure up, or do permanent things too young. I never had an urge to get tattoos. I can’t even commit to what color of hair I want, so I can’t imagine what changes I would want on my body forever!
You write and do Interviews for Playboy’s Smoking Jacket. What is it like to be on the journalistic side of the industry, featuring and interviewing glamour models? Do you find it challenging?
Challenging to write, not really… Getting them to follow through and mail it back isoften the challenging part! I love writing for Playboy web.
How did your family react to you posing nude?
My mom was an aspiring model so she thinks its great! I don’t really ask the rest of my family, and they don’t bring it up, for the most part!
If you had three wishes, what would you ask for?
To be in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition; the ability to go back and undo bad choices; and unlimited funds for progress with the huge worldwide problem of socioeconomic inequality.
If you could learn to do one thing, what would it be?
Play the guitar! I would also love to learn how to play the stock market!
What turns you on?
I dig sideburns and confidence in guys. In girls, I need intelligence and approachability. Overall, being a genuine person who cares about others and the world around them are very attractive!
What turns you off?
Arrogant club guys that never grow up are a huge turnoff! Girls who are paranoid, or super competitive to the point where they can’t trust anyone.
What do you like most about your body?
I love my eyes, they have been the same since I was a toddler, and when everything about me changes, they will stay the same! I also like my natural large boobs! They have served me well in the modeling world!
Where’s the craziest place you’ve hooked up with someone?
In an elevator in my apartment building!
What would be your dream photo shoot?
To shoot with Russel James for Victoria Secret or Sports Illustrated.
Any final words for Lions Den U and your fans?
