Admittedly, this is not necessarily a how-to tutorial on the application of several fun nail designs. Some designs are more difficult to accomplish than others, and while some of us are artistic enough to re-create Van Gogh’s “Starry Night” on our fingertips, most of us aren’t quite as talented. For those of us who are too lazy, too inept and too utterly impatient, as I am, a few of the nails featured are on sale (in stick-on form) from nail artist Never Too Much Glitter in her Etsy Shop.
