Hey guys! Here are three of my favourite Protein Shake Recipes!! Hope you enjoy!

1 – Chocolate Covered Banana

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbl Sugar Free Chocolate syrup
  • Blend till smooth

2 – Peanut Butter Cup

  • 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein (chocolate works fine too!)
  • 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • Blend till smooth

3 – Fall Spice

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • Blend till smooth
