100 calories might not seem like a lot, but a couple hundred calories a day can make a big impact on your waistline without leaving you deprived. Here are some easy ways to cut 100 calories:

  • Drink 2 12oz Light Beers instead of 2 Regular Beers = 100 calories SAVED
  • Swap an 8oz glass of Lemonade for Sugar Free Lemonade = 103 calories SAVED
  • Use Fat Free Half & Half or Fat Free Milk in your coffee instead = 88-150 calories SAVED
  • Sugar Free Chocolate syrup in milk instead of Chocolate Milk = 110-150 Calories SAVED
  • Top your waffles with Sugar Free or Lite Syrup instead of regular = 210-250 Calories SAVED
  • Choose Baked Chips rather then the full fat fried versions = 90 Calories SAVED
  • Dip Veggies in Salsa instead of tortilla chips = 104 calories SAVED
  • 1 small serving of baked fries versus fried ones from a fast food chain = 88 calories SAVED
  • Baked potato versus small french fries = 104 calories SAVED
  • Enjoy a serving of fresh grapes instead of a serving of raisins = 98 Calories SAVED
  • Swap steamed rice for fried rice at your favorite Chinese restaurant = 96 Calories SAVED
  • Drop the ice cream cone and use a dish with frozen yogurt or ice cream = 121 calories SAVED
  • Switch regular ice cream for frozen yogurt = 125 Calories SAVED
  • Eat Sugar Free Pudding versus regular Pudding = 92 Calories SAVED
  • Pick croutons or cheese on your salad, but not both = 72-116 Calories SAVED

There are countless other ways to change the way you eat. Try purchasing reduced fat or fat free options to save on items like ketchup, mayo, butter, cheese, sour cream, bread, ect. Just remember to look at all the nutrition content. Just because it says 100 calories, or fat free doesn’t mean it is healthy for you.
